This is the package for you if weight loss or weight management are your primary concerns – this programme will start you off on your journey.
During this consultation I will analyse your food diary and discuss your goals, so that together we can come up with an individually tailored sustainable weight management plan that is designed to suit you and your lifestyle. We will also look that the reasons why you have gained weight and any barriers you may have to changing your eating behaviour.
You will be weighed and your body statistics will be noted ( my scales have no display so you do not need to see the numbers if you don’t wish to! ).
After the consultation you will receive a healthy eating plan, together with meal ideas and recipes. We will schedule a follow up consultation for usually a week later, and at that point we can make changes to the plan to ensure it is working for you, and discuss any issues that may have arisen.
Telephone support is also included in this consultation to help you get to grips with your new eating plan.
A further chat and weigh in is also included in the starter package to keep you on track.
Follow up weigh ins and one to one support appointments using behaviour change techniques start from £15.
